Protein Purification Resource
The cWIDR also supports and maintains fermentation and protein purification facilities housed in the Department of Molecular Microbiology for the production of large batches of microbial cells for protein preparation. Fermentation capacities of 5 L, 15 L, and 130 L with adjustable temperature, agitation, and air flow are available.
